These Terms of Use of the online store www.adventica.md apply to purchase orders for services offered by Smilepark SRL through the website.

1. GENERAL TERMS
This website belongs to Smilepark SRL. When placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods / products and / or services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions), as follows.
The use of the website www.adventica.md implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions offered by Smilepark SRL, in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 on electronic commerce. The relationship between the buyer and the seller is established on the basis of Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection and other regulations adopted in accordance with it.
Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and Buyer shall keep up to date with changes.
2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By using www.adventica.md, you automatically consent to the collection and processing of personal data that are necessary for the processing / confirmation / fulfillment of orders.
Personal data will only be processed for legitimate purposes, such as the provision of the products you have ordered, promotions, Google analytics, cookies, and newsletter notifications.
All information containing personal data shall be stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions established by Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

3. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT
Payment for orders is possible by payment card - when you receive your order, you will receive a tax receipt to confirm the payment.
Online payment is made in conditions of maximum security using payment card as a payment instrument, which allows online transactions.
After payment, you will receive payment confirmation to your e-mail address.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to buyer authentication in secure online transactions. This security measure includes redirecting the user when making a payment to a secure maib page where each cardholder is authenticated by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction.
Refunds are made only to the payment card used for the purchase.
For payment you will need to enter your bank card details. This information is transmitted in compliance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.

◦ First and last name on the payment card
All payments are processed in the national currency - MDL (Moldovan lei). In case the currency of the transaction differs from the currency of payment, the conversion of the transaction amount is carried out at the rate of card transactions on the day of settlement of the issuing bank.
4. DELIVERY OF SERVICES
All deliveries of services are made online to the e-mail specified when placing the order. The e-mail is sent immediately after successful payment.
If the order letter has not reached you, please check your SPAM folder first. If the letter still hasn't arrived, please contact us at info@adventica.md with details of your order and proof of payment.
5. RIGHT OF REFUND
According to the concept of Law no. No. 105-XV of 13.03.2013 on the protection of consumer rights, the buyer has the right to return the goods/goods purchased for certain reasons, within 14 days from the date of payment. The funds are returned to the card from which the purchase was made.

Personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of website administration, to provide access to information, for the delivery of orders or to contact the consumer to carry out the delivery. Through this information, users and consumers are made aware that their personal data (name, surname, telephone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used.
